Our client is looking for a customer-obsessed, results-oriented, and data-driven individual. Must collaborate effectively with team members and operate well in a complex environment. Should be inquisitive, creative, and focused on improving business operations.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO 

Rhythm of Business (ROB): Manage meetings, agendas, Offsites, morale events, and training events. Yearly Planning/Forecasting: Project manage the planning process, support bi-annual reviews. Team Budget: Track and manage budget asks, POs, invoicing, expense reports. Support GM: Assist in communications, meeting preparation, employee engagement, and team culture. Additional Responsibilities: Handle team onboarding, file sharing, vendor relationships, and event calendar.

Purpose of the Team:

Part of the GM leadership team focusing on regional leadership and specialized Solution Areas. Modern Work and Play Security Business Apps Data and AI Infrastructure Digital and Application Innovation (with an emphasis on app platforms and developer engagement)

Typical Day in the Role:

35% budget management. 25% Rhythm of Business activities. 20% supporting GM. 15% team management. 5% team events and morale activities.

WHAT YOU BRING 

3+ years of experience in Rhythm of Business, budget management, and strategic planning.


Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Hourly contract rate range of $55.00 to $60.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
