Project and Program Management - Program Manager Tech 2

Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Program Manager Tech for a contract position in Redmond, WA
The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
  • To support CMOF Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Interface with client on project or program matters from project initiation through delivery
    The program or project may have already been initiated by someone else and person will have to continue the work
    Create and maintain program or project schedules and status reports
  • Write business requirements or the scope that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the business process or project will be implemented
    Maintain meeting calendars for the client, including topics, presenters, time-duration and coordinate with other teams to schedule and stagger both technical and business presentations for the team and partner teams
  • Provide technical and/or analytical information related to the projects where involved and receive input and approval as required
    Organize cross functional activities ensuring that the program or project is completed on schedule
  • Program manager will be maintaining externally facing and internal team information in SharePoint, drafting stakeholder communications in newsletters (Outlook, Sway), and building dashboards to track work and manage project portfolio in Azure DevOps (ADO)
    Familiarity and work experience with SharePoint, Azure DevOps, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio is desired.

Qualifications:
  • Years of Experience Required: 2+ overall years of experience in the field.
  • Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's in science or arts degree is required to be eligible for this role.
  • Best vs
    Average: The ideal resume would contain experience with SharePoint, Azure DevOps, metadata or data management or governance, business process management or governance, and evidence of excellent written communication skills, ideally in a technology-oriented environment.
  • Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on ability to complete tasks in a reasonable, committed, and agreed-upon timeframe and vendor's ability to use SharePoint, Azure DevOps, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Word to complete tasks or small projects to support the team (e.g
    content creation, content maintenance, newsletters, excel or word documentation, busines process documentation).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with MS Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook
  • Minimum 1 years combined experience with one or more of these: SharePoint, PowerBI, or PowerApps tools
  • Minimum 0.5 year's experience with any Agile Dev Ops tool, such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, Confluence, or other.
