Role Overview

Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Repair Sales Specialist.
The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through creating and managing customer relationships through sales achievement, situational problem solving, and comprehensive account management. This role will be based in the Greater Orlando area.

On a typical day you will:

Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries Develop build-on repair and modernization sales through networking, bids and tenders Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets, ensuring profitability Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results Conduct sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring payment on time Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues

What you will need to be successful

You have a business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or technical business administrator, with a minimum of 5 years' work experience You have some experiences in the sale of technical products requiring customer consultation You have a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills You have strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers You are target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization
