Are you excited about this HR Generalist job?Are you a dedicated HR professional looking to make a difference in a dynamic work environment? As a Human Resource Generalist at Wasatch Behavioral Health, you will work closely with the HR Director to ensure compliance with HR laws, manage benefits and leave administration, and oversee compensation and wellness initiatives. In this role, you will lead a team of HR staff, assisting with employee relations, training, and special projects. Your responsibilities will include updating compensation records, conducting employee orientation, and coordinating wellness programs. If you have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, along with at least two years of HR experience, we invite you to join our team at our Westpark Administration Building in Provo, Utah.
