Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers, clients, and other stakeholders. Provide accurate information on products, services, and inquiries. Assist with order processing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Maintain courteous and professional communication on recorded phone lines. Multitask effectively using web-based tools and dual monitors. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service call center experience within insurance, banking, hospital, or medical office settings.Proficient keyboarding skills (30 wpm with 95% accuracy).Prior experience working with dual monitors.Strong customer-service skills and telephone etiquette.Ability to handle stress and pressure while maintaining patience and diplomacy.Familiarity with technical terminology and problem-solving.Previous experience with Salesforce and/or Radar is a plus.Why Join TEKsystems:
