Day to day responsibility:

Source and present top talent through a variety of creative channels; conduct in-depth phone screens, assessing candidates evaluating skill level, driving offer process, including salary recommendations, and closing of candidates’ while maintaining a positive focus on experience throughout the process.

Focus on providing consistent communication to your internal partners and candidates, as well as contributing on other initiatives including driving diversity, equity and inclusion, workforce strategy meetings and branding efforts.

Work in collaboration with business stakeholders to assess workforce needs, track and report out on recruitment efforts to drive high volume strategy and achieve business hiring goals.

Required skills:

Three or more years of experience with end to end recruiting efforts, including crafting job postings, sourcing, and screening candidates, negotiating and extending offers.

Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets.


Desired skills:

Experience with recruiting represented/union, technical, or engineering positions.

Recruitment of high-volume positions and hiring with set training start dates.

Experience using video interview software like HireVue or similar.

Two or more years of high volume recruiting experience.

Managed and prioritized multiple searches, project coordination and client relationships.

An authentic passion for diversity and inclusion and the ability to weave that into all aspects of the role.

Experience using advanced sourcing techniques to include Boolean and x-ray searches, advanced LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems searches, and conducting internal referral campaigns.
