What you will do
  • Work as part of a strong cross functional team, alongside our event directors, sales, marketing and production professional
  • Create event sponsorship inventory & deliverable ideas to support revenue targets
  • Manage and coordinate pre-event speakers and sponsors, from pre event planning and communication, to the onsite execution. Always providing top level customer service
  • Select and coordinate one to one business meetings between vendors and end users.
  • Select and coordinate suppliers and third part vendors, including but not limited to printers, registration companies, general contractors, audio visual companies, catering and sponsorship freight companies for live events.
  • Plan, support and deliver the event onsite, from hotel reservations for staff and VIPs, Expo Hall and Conference Room set up, the supervision of onsite temps and post event break down
  • Support Senior event coordinators with administrative work such as: Data base management, Design of document layouts etc.

Employment Type
Full-time, permanent. While our standard working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, candidate must be willing to work flexible hours as needed to enable collaboration with team members and clients across various US and Global time zones
