In a scheduling center - directing calls to the right department.
Take incoming calls to the switchboard Clinic while providing excellent customer service. Channel calls to appropriate staff. Respond to emergency calls per established procedure. Adhere to all HIPAA compliance regulations regarding patient confidentiality Provide coverage for all others within the team. Any and all duties assigned such as schedule appointments for patients with providers per their individual protocols with courtesy and timeliness.Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
1+ years of relevant customer service experience with phone calls High school diploma or equivalent ( GED) No healthcare required / phone work / worked in a center / front deskHours
Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm
