WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Zusammen mit dem Financial Crime Compliance Team am Standort Frankfurt am Main begleiten Sie den Aufbau und den operativen Betrieb eines robusten Risikomanagements und Kontrollprogrammes zur Vermeidung von Sanktionen, Geldwäsche und andere Arten von Wirtschaftskriminalität. Ihre Aufgaben:

• Sie beraten die Kollegen des operativen Betriebs und die Fachabteilungen hinsichtlich der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und Verpflichtungen zur Vermeidung von Sanktionen, Geldwäsche, Terrorismusfinanzierung und anderen Straftaten

• Sie führen Überwachungen, Kontrollen und Untersuchungen von Transaktionen mit Risiken der Sanktionen, Geldwäsche, Terrorismusfinanzierung oder anderen Straftaten durch, um die Einhaltung der Gesetze und Vorschriften zur Geldwäschebekämpfung sicherzustellen

• Sie erarbeiten die Eckpunkte für die Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung von Gefährdungsanalysen, Kontrollen und Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen

• Sie entwickeln und aktualisieren interne Richtlinien und Maßnahmen zur Verhinderung von Sanktionen, Geldwäsche und andere Arten von Wirtschaftskriminalität, insbesondere von Arbeitshandbüchern und Organisationsanweisungen sowie angemessene geschäfts- und kundenbezogene Sicherheitsmaßnahmen

• Sie unterstützen den Geldwäschebeauftragten bei Prüfungen und Anfragen der Aufsichtsbehörden im Zusammenhang mit der Vermeidung von Sanktionen, Geldwäscheprävention und Terrorismusfinanzierung

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Abgeschlossenes (Hochschul-)studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften und/oder Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Abschlüsse

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld Sanktionen, Prävention von Geldwäsche und Verhinderung der Terrorismusfinanzierung bei einer Bank in Deutschland

• Ausgeprägtes Wissen über deutsche regulatorische Anforderungen in Zusammenhang mit Sanktionen, Prävention von Geldwäsche und Verhinderung der Terrorismusfinanzierung und deren Umsetzung

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kontrollhandlungen, bspw. Revisionserfahrung • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten, sicheres Auftreten und Eigeninitiative sowie hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
