About the Role

The Compensation Analyst is a key member of the corporate Total Rewards team, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compensation programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analyze compensation data to determine market trends, salary competitiveness, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance to human resources partners, managers, and executives on compensation-related issues, including job evaluations, salary recommendations, and pay equity.
  • Assist in the execution of the annual salary planning process, serving as technical project lead for merit and bonus review process.
  • Assess and analyze programs, making recommendations to ensure effectiveness and execution in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and maintain compensation-related data integrity via HCM (Workday) platform.
  • Develop, implement, and administer compensation policies and programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Assist with Executive Compensation, including participant eligibility, reporting, and program communication.
  • Manage an equity incentive plan, including employee documentation, communication, and education.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Compensation or related experience.
  • Work toward Certified Compensation Professional strongly desired.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent technical understanding: Workday knowledge preferred.
