Recovery Sales Specialist

The Recovery Advocate Specialist meets with and educates prospects on the benefits of solar power and energy efficiency upgrades from PosiGen. The Recovery Advocate Specialist meets with customers who have expressed concerns or who have initiated a reason to cancel their solar agreement, satisfies customer concerns to move their project forward, signs all necessary documents, and guides them to ultimately complete the solar install. The Recovery Advocate Specialist presents any additional scope of work that must be completed in order to ensure safety for the project. Additionally, the Recovery Advocate Specialist engages customers when their original sales rep is no longer present to aid them through our process until installation is complete.
This is a remote home-based hourly position with significant, uncapped commission potential. Ideal candidates will be located in LA, MS, NJ, PA, CT, MA, RI.
Essential Job Functions
Speak with existing customers about PosiGen’s clean energy solutions to keep them on track for completion of installation and activationMeet and exceed all monthly retention goalsCollaborate with Sales and Operations to satisfy and solve customer issuesBe prepared for live transfers for presenting solar optionsHelp prospects to execute documents and provide the necessary information to go solarPresent requirements and complete documents when additional scope of work is required Provide a high level of customer service throughout the customer’s lifecycleActively contact happy customers for referral opportunitiesWorks with sales leadership in order to provide feedback of the customers main concerns, identifies learnings, and best practices to minimize future issues. Overtake opportunities that are not yet installed, but sold with a salesperson no longer with PosiGen to guide them through the process until installation is completeOther duties as assignedMust be flexible and able to work weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
Education/Experience
Four-year college degree preferredMust be 18 years of age or olderTwo or more years Solar Sales Experience (either Inside or Outside Sales), experience with PosiGen preferredDemonstrated success in a quota-driven solar sales position, with a demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding required metricsIn-Home sales experience preferredProven experience resolving customer complaints surrounding the sale, implementation or project management of goods or servicesProficiency with Google Workspace preferredSalesforce experience is a plusBilingual is a plus-
