We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing specialist to join our efficient and forward-looking CPA
firm. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, with experience in diverse
sales channels including email marketing, LinkedIn, and cold calling. This role involves identifying and
engaging potential clients, particularly manufacturing companies with sales ranging from $1 million to $20
million.


Responsibilities:

  • - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand our client base within the manufacturing
  • sector.
  • - Utilize various sales channels such as email marketing, LinkedIn, and cold calling to reach potential
  • clients.
  • - Eventually lead and motivate a team of cold callers, setting clear goals and targets.
  • - Cultivate relationships with prospects and maintain regular communication to understand their needs
  • and concerns.
  • - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of
  • the competition.


Requirements:

  • - Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist in a company, preferably within the financial or professional
  • services industry.
  • - Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • - Proficiency in utilizing multiple sales channels, including email marketing, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
  • - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
