Requirements:

Associate's degree in Information Systems or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job listed below.  Certifications in A+ and Network+ and Security + preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job listed below.  Prior experience in Enterprise IT platforms (SolarWinds, ManageEngine, Windows 10/11, IGEL, UBUNTU) recommended/preferred, but not required. Two to five years of experience in customer service, desktop hardware and software, Microsoft systems, network systems, and phone systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job listed below Travel between multiple Cherry Health sites required

Responsibilities:

Fulfill incident and service requests as assigned and follow standard help desk procedures.  Document interactions with business clients, including requests, statuses, and resolution of incidents. Perform planned maintenance, moves, adds and changes. Maintain standard software and desktop OS configurations, including troubleshooting, loading and configuring software images, supported applications and drivers.  Research business client questions using available resources to find solutions. Create and maintain all applicable documentation. Install, configure, use, repair, and troubleshoot Microsoft OS and Office and other software and hardware for desktop and laptop computers. Other duties as assigned.
