Large Project Coordinator

SUMMARY: The Large Project Coordinator is responsible for pre-construction, coordination and tracking. The Coordinator will ensure project bids go through the proper engineering and legal reviews and keep all parties informed on the status of reviews. The Coordinator will also work to ensure the ISS department is compliant with all regulatory, code, EPA, LEAD, licenses, etc.

The successful candidate will be based out of company headquarters in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.

OBJECTIVES:

Work directly with legal counsel to streamline the contract review process for the sales team and ISS customers.Owner of ISS compliance for regulatory, code, EPA, LEAD, licenses etc. Further strengthen internal processes and develop standard practices to protect the company.Responsible for managing all state, city and municipality general contractor licenses.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate communication between sales, customers, and legal department.Review and interpret a variety of legal documents, including coordinating the communication of contract changes/edits to sales, ISS, and customers.Record bid results for tracking and review. Owner of pre-construction reporting and metrics, including weekly metrics, quarterly goals and post-project analysis.Track training completion rates and effectiveness.Manage project status updates within Salesforce

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 2 years of work experience in residential pre-construction activities, such as estimating mid to large size project work in both new construction and remodeling, with a preference for windows and exterior envelope and claddingsThorough understanding of product specification terminology and digital estimating softwareAbility to meet deadlines, communicate questions and concerns and search for creative solutions when neededStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerpointExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work with other departments to create and deploy training content
