PrimaryResponsibilities:
The idealcandidate will play a pivotal role with primary responsibilitiesthat include patient vitals EKG phlebotomy and front office duties.We value team players with clinical skills and experience ininsurance and VOB. Exercise knowledge aplus.

AdministrativeDuties:
Utilize a multilinephone system to answer and appropriately route all incoming calls.
Conduct followup calls to discuss patient progress andaddress concerns.
Refer nonroutine sensitive or complexrequests to the appropriate staff member.
Ensureexceptional patient service by maintaining a friendly environmentgreeting patients and upholding outstanding standards.
Assist with monitoring daily inventory levels of clinical andoffice supplies.
Perform daily scanning and uploading ofdocuments in patient files.
Train additional staff ondaily procedures when requested by the office manager and/orphysician.
Participate in clinic marketing efforts andprovide ongoing support to promote clinic profitability andsuccess.

Clinical Duties(varied based on credentials):
Obtain patient vitals EKG and perform phlebotomy.
Administer IM injections.
Prepare laboratory order formsand obtain patient laboratory results.
Assist physiciansor midlevel practitioners with patient referrals to otherhealthcare professionals.
Document patient progressnotes in the patient chart and/or EMR.
Conduct followupcalls to patients to discuss progress and address concerns.
Perform other clinical duties asrequired.

Requirements:
To excel in this role you should have:
MedicalAssistant certification.
Front office experienceincluding insurance and VOB knowledge.
Clinicalexperience in EKG and phlebotomy.
Prior experience andtraining in exercise (a plus).
Strong communication andinterpersonalskills.
