Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Medical Professional to join our team at Medi-Weightloss in Enfield, CT. This part-time role involves working three Saturdays per month and requires a strong passion for healthy living and quality of life.

As a Medical Professional at Medi-Weightloss, you will play a vital role in providing top-tier medical care to our patients. You will be responsible for conducting physical examinations, ordering laboratory studies, delivering preventive medicine counseling, and managing patient care.

In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will also participate in ongoing training initiatives, serve as the company liaison for medical and clinical affairs, and seek opportunities to improve franchise clinical operations' efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical examinations and order laboratory studies according to company guidelines.
  • Deliver Preventive Medicine Counseling, Program counseling, and Product and Supplement Education.
  • Maintain required documentation for patient care and medication management in the EMR according to company standards.
  • Review patient progress and manage patient care accordingly.
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities as necessary.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to patients to discuss progress and address concerns.

Requirements

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required)
  • Physician Assistant License (Required)
  • DEA Certification (Preferred)

Salary and Bonus Opportunities

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer bonus opportunities and an incentive program.
