ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Services, etc.) to convert leads into qualified opportunities resulting in increases sales and revenue. Identify potential applications for further analysis and consideration. Highlight, reports, and create translation packages for those opportunities that can generate additional Company revenue. Works closely with Key Accounts to ensure a successful deployment of our technology and to develop additional opportunities within those accounts. Work with various teams (MarComm, Product Managers, etc.) to ensure our offering to the market is current and provide an ever-increasing value to our customers. Work with Regional Sales Managers and Marketing to develop sales plans that address targeted applications and support annual initiatives. Work with Marketing to assess market potential and regional landscape of applications or product as well as generating any campaigns directed specifically at the targeted products. Understand and can manipulate customer data to identify trends and prioritize accounts or applications where needed. Create and submit regular reports and proposals regarding application development, market trends, new product development, and application information. Ensure customer and sales data (activities, opportunities, account updates) for current and prospective accounts are accurate and up to date. Effectively communicate and reports all status updates to all parties involved Participate in sales training and meetings at various Company facilities

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree required - Engineering or Marketing highly desirable Strong engineering skills with 8-12 years of experience in an industrial environment 7 years’ experience recommending EFD top products in a technical support/key sales role a plus. Strong sales facing skills with a proven track record. Knowledge of Contact Management systems (C4C, Salesforce, and/or SAP) a plus but not required Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (MS Teams a plus)

Electrical and mechanical aptitude Critical and creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills Excellent verbal/written communication skills are essential Effective communicator that is energetic, outgoing, and tenacious Ability to manage multiple projects at top customer locations Flexibility and the desire to travel to customer locations as needed
