Inside Sales Producer, Small Commercial

We are seeking for our team an energetic Inside Sales Producer, Small Commercial, this will be a production role. In this role, you will be responsible for quoting and selling new business within our Main Street (Small Commercial) unit. Leads and referrals will be provided. Responsibilities:

  • Act quickly to respond to client referrals to quote and bind the small commercial business
  • Utilize and maintain EPIC's CRM system (Nexsure) to EPIC standards
  • Must adhere to all new business protocols, workflows, standards, and procedures
  • Using our comparative rating platform or carrier websites to quote and present new business opportunities to new clients, use of wholesalers as needed
  • Attend all educational, training, and other sessions as directed by EPIC
  • Become client advisor to our new business prospects
  • Maintain accurate records according to EPIC guidelines

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Property & Casualty license required
  • Five years commercial experience in marketing, placement, service or sales
  • Full knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty lines of coverage and services.
  • Display strong financial background and understanding of financial underwriting concepts as well as analytical knowledge related to Property Casualty.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

The national average salary for this role is $75,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
