At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment.

Kitchen Team Members are the heart of our entire restaurant. From Chicken rotation, breading, and packaging, they ensure all our guests receive signature Chick-fil-A food in a Clean and Safe Environment.

No Experience Is Necessary

Chick-fil-A Bellevue is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds with no experience necessary. We will teach you everything else you need to know during training.

Position Type:

  • Full-time and Part-time

Evening Hours

Most of our Evening Shifts are 2pm-10pm, 3pm-8pm, 4pm-7pm, 4pm-9pm, 4pm-10pm, or 5pm-10pm. Great for individuals looking to work after school or as a second job.

Evening Kitchen Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and staying up-to-date on any changes
  • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
  • Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

Closed Sundays

All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays. This allows our team to have a consistent day off to spend with family and friends.
