Position Details:

  • Available as Full-time or Part-time

Evening Shift Hours:

Evening shifts typically range from 2pm to 10pm, accommodating various schedules, making it ideal for students or those seeking a second job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently, adhering to Chick-fil-A standards.
  • Familiarize yourself with all kitchen station assignments, including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and stock as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
  • Stay informed about new product offerings from Chick-fil-A.
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and promptly report maintenance issues to leadership.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance personal knowledge and skills.
  • Promote and uphold the vision and values of the restaurant.
  • Demonstrate effective multitasking abilities.
  • Exhibit teamwork, adaptability, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Communicate effectively with both guests and fellow Team Members.
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A’s policies and dress code consistently.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
