Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in coaching cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently. The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring that our Scrum processes are consistently applied and optimized, while promoting a collaborative, transparent, and productive work environment.


To be successful in this role you should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques. You’ll also need the ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with your mind set on deliverables. You will have experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle and are expected to have good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will need a deep understanding of software methodologies and the ability to balance technical expertise and acumen.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Engage with the business team and stakeholder at different levels to understand business needs, analyze, document, prioritize the requirements, and make recommendations on the solution and implementation. 

• Delivering the product that meets business requirements, reliability, scalability, and performance goals 

• Manage and work with Agile scrum team and create the scrum team strategy roadmap/backlog, develop minimal viable product and Agile user stories that drive a highly effective and efficient project development and delivery scrum team. 

• Drive, develop and maintain numerous project deliverables that support the program, including functional and non-functional specifications 

• Acts as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across teams and organization 

• Responsible for Data mapping/transformation, solution design, process diagram, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing and other project artifacts. 

• Work effectively with the technical/development team and help them understand the specifications/requirements for technical development, testing and implementation.

 • Ensure solutions promote simplicity, efficiency, and conform to enterprise and architecture standards and guidelines. 

• Partner with the support organization to provide training, support and technical assistance to operation team and end users as necessary 

• Lead, guide, and support team members, and help streamline work processes to improve efficiency and consistency. 

• Develop and communicate the program vision and roadmap

• Experience within high tech, software and/or wireless/telecom industry highly desired 

• Solid technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development and web technologies 

• Experience in building automation product roadmap assessment and planning. 

• Experience in business process analysis, data modelling and ability to proactively identify, manage, and correct data quality issues. 

• Experience working within scaled agile development team 

• Experience and knowledge of APIs, Web Services, ETL concepts and tools. 

• Preferred Experience with executing projects on cloud technologies Azure 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders Education 

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban. 

Proven ability to lead and coach cross-functional teams.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. 

Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. 

Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles, practices, and guidelines.

Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and foster team accountability. 

Educate team members on Agile principles and practices. 

Provide coaching to team members to maximize efficiency and promote self-organization. 

Liaise between the team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of sprint goals and priorities. 

Work with Product Owners to maintain a well-refined backlog. 

Track and communicate sprint progress, velocity, and other key metrics. 

Generate actionable insights to help the team achieve performance improvements. 

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance and quality. 

Facilitate workshops and training sessions as necessary.

Education and Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Certifications (if any specific): Scrum Master certificate (Preferred)
