EquipmentShare is Hiring a Technical Product Manager - Robotics 

EquipmentShare is searching for a Product Manager to support our team. This position is fully remote.

What You’ll Do as a Technical Product Manager - Robotics 

Deliver on a robotics solution that delivers on a core operational need for our business. Lead research and discovery efforts to shape the user experience and requirements for the robotics solution. Partner with design, engineering and other product managers to discover and deliver the best solution to the marketWork with the engineering team to refine technical design, and help translate to partner teams the robotics group interfaces with. Be the primary source of deep knowledge of users and customers, and the data about how customers want to interact with this solution. Track industry trends and the competitive landscape as they pertain to your domain.Define and commit to measurable results and achieve them through direct ownership or influence working with others.Be able to serve as both an individual contributor, and mentor for others in the product craft.

Skills & Qualifications 

Minimum Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience4+ years working on technology-powered products as either a product manager or software engineerDemonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and deliveryDemonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of businessMust be qualified to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical Product Management experience preferredExperience managing day-to-day technical and design directionExperience in one or more of the following: Embedded Hardware Products, Hardware integrated SaaS Products, Telematics Products, Security ProductsKnowledge of multiple functional areas (, Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing)Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
