About the Job:

The Global Account Sales Manager (North America) will be responsible for driving sales of Brazed & Fusion Bonded Heat Exchangers within the Global Accounts located in North America. Responsibilities including supporting the Central Global Account Managers with sales growth activities, identifying new trends and opportunities within the HVAC, Refrigeration and Industrial markets, act as liaison with local customer service & operations and manage the OEM subsidiaries of the Global Accounts.

Applicants should be well organized, able to clearly articulate themselves, and be strong relationship builders.Must work well externally & internally within a team.

What you know:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred; bachelor’s degree in another discipline complemented with relevant experience required.

Technical experience in HVAC & Refrigeration applications and markets is preferred.

5 – 7 years progressively responsible sales management experience, including working with operation teams and business development experience. Strong understanding of financial management concepts and business systems; and strong computer skills required.

Strong Knowledge of the following:

Strong leadership skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to direct personnel in team direction to accomplish specific goals. Ability to coordinate inter-activity between all departments and make decisions based on available data and instinct. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. ​

We rely on market indicators to determine compensation and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to get it right. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location. The overall salary range for this role is typically$100,000 to $130,000 base.
