NOW HIRING REMOTE CALL CENTER REPS
**MUST LIVE WITHIN 60 MILES OF WOODBRIDGE, VA*
Hours of operation are between 8a-11p. Must be flexible on shift availability. All is fully remote.
This is a sales support role focusing on various customer campaigns on business need. Will be in a fast paced, high volume environment, mainly doing outbound calls in a scripted setting. Campaigns will vary and change from time to time. These will not be straight cold calls, instead be focused on former/active customers.-The Customer Service Rep handles customer service inquiries and problems.
-Making outbound calls through our dialer on specific mortgage campaigns - upwards of 50+ calls daily
-Receiving inbound customer calls. Identify what are the customer’s needs and then route them to the appropriate department.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-MUST HAVE recent call center experience. Outbound experience is highly preferred
-High School Diploma or GED required
-Mortgage and financial experience is not required but is a plus
-Able to handle a fast paced environment and able to multi-task.
