The Business Analyst is responsible for working closely with product owners, the platform architect, and as a member of scrum teams.  The role is focused on eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business processes and requirements; supporting developers; and testing new functionality.

Responsibilities:
  • Assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
  • Defines and documents customer business functions and processes.
  • Develops and analyzes requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
  • Tracks and documents changes to business and functional specifications; writes detailed procedures for use in user guides and training.
  • Identifies opportunities for improving business processes.
  • Researches and prepares statistical reports. Consolidates information into cohesive form for use in management decision-making.
  • Leads functional testing, participates in system integration testing, and supports user acceptance testing.
  • Provides technical assistance in training.
  • Assists in the development of standard documentation, layouts, templates, and terminology.
