EstimatorHours – Monday - Friday

Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:
  • Examine RFP’s from customers and any documentation to understand the project/proposal requirements.
  • Communications with customers. 
  • Type up proposals and calculate cost, in Excel, for labor and materials using Scheduling Program and job information within the program.  
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with the key vendors/suppliers.
  • Locate sub-contractors to do work – door installers, painters, etc.
  • Job Inspections off-site to get information about job, take pictures, and measurements.
  • Work as needed with scheduling department to schedule material pick up, drop off, or meeting with contractors on-site.
