Job Summary

Caliber Collision Centers has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator to perform a variety of duties, including:

  • Writing detailed estimates for vehicle repairs
  • Conducting process reviews to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Checking in customer vehicles and completing final paperwork
  • Finalizing total loss administration and providing post-repair plan communication

Requirements

To be successful as a Collision Estimator, you will need:

  • 2+ years of collision estimating experience, with sales experience preferred
  • A valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under our company insurance policy
  • A Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
Abilities and Skills

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • The ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
  • Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
  • An advanced understanding and knowledge of the repair process and procedures
  • A strong sales orientation and ability to understand instructions, both written and verbal
  • The ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
