Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, People Analytics to lead our efforts in harnessing the power of data to optimize our human capital strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering actionable insights in a fast-paced, large-scale corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execute a comprehensive people analytics strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and human resources goals.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data sets to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, performance, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through data-driven solutions.
  • Utilize advanced statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques to forecast workforce trends and inform strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and HR practices.
  • Lead initiatives to measure and enhance talent acquisition, talent development, retention, and overall employee experience.
  • Evaluate and implement analytics tools and platforms to enhance data collection, processing, and visualization capabilities.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in people analytics, human resources, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software, data visualization tools and HR information systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (R, python, pyspark and SQL).
  • Strong background in quantitative analysis, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
