Join our dynamic and growing Software Innovation team as a Software Innovation Manager , driving success with colocation offerings and Service Delivery Platform (SDP) offering portfolio.

We are looking for Software Innovation Manager in Duluth, Georgia.

The impact you will have:

The Software Innovation Manager will be responsible for researching and monitoring market dynamics, understanding customer requirements, assessing competitive offerings, assist in the development and testing of new offerings, and providing input on the revisions to existing product features as market and customer needs evolve. In addition, this role will be responsible for building business cases to assess product revenue potential and profitability modeling. The product manager will collaborate with customers, marketing, operations, facilities, finance, sales, sales engineers, project managers and product development to develop, grow, and when necessary, assist in end-of-life and end-of-service activities of products over the course of their lifecycle. 

What you will do:

Support senior product management professionals in the management of product lifecycles end-to-end Collaborate and drive product activities across cross functional teams (sales, solutions engineering, facilities, operations, etc.) Assess market needs and understand customer and market requirements to drive new product development and innovation Assist in the development of business plans and building of business cases to assess product financial viability and product potential to address customer needs Translate technical capabilities into business benefits which can be shared with customers Oversee and set milestones for proof of concept (POC) and beta testing activities for new products Create and deliver product training to the sales, solutions engineering, facilities and operations organizations Partner with product development on final product selection and testing Partner with product marketing on value propositions, business benefits and technical requirements Support all departments across the organization

What you will need to be successful:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Two or more years of experience in product management, product marketing, business development, or equivalent Two or more years of experience working in or with a technology focused organization
