Job Description:

The IT Systems Intern is a dynamic and challenging role that provides experience in all aspects of systems production support and development. As a member of the Innovation and Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting and managing critical business systems, building, customizing, testing, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing software systems.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of technologies across all Cirrus Aircraft business units. You will have the chance to develop your skills in software system development, including programming languages and databases, and to work with a talented team of professionals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of computer operating systems and applications. Responsibilities:
  • Support and manage critical business systems
  • Build, customize, test, implement, maintain, and enhance software systems
  • Develop skills in software system development, including programming languages and databases
  • Work with a variety of technologies across all Cirrus Aircraft business units
  • Collaborate with a talented team of professionals
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a degree in computer engineering or computer science
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to complete the entire duration of the internship
  • Ability to secure local housing for the duration of the internship
