  • Assist in overseeing daily Front Desk and Reservations operations.
  • Assist Guest Services Management with daily room inventory and operations.
  • Assist with department scheduling when needed.
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with the Blue Harbor Resort & Conference Center Handbook as required by scheduling, which will vary by the needs of the resort.
  • Welcomes guests by greeting them; answering questions, responding to requests.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Ensure proper knowledge of promotions and current activities for all Front Desk Agents.
  • Assist with continued training for Front Desk and Reservations Agents. Evaluates productivity and quality of work of each staff member and determines additional training.  
  • To be accessible for Front Desk and Reservations Agents to answer any questions or concerns.
  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-orientated manner.
  • Deliver superior customer service and create a fun environment.
  • Convey proper reports to management team for statistical and forecasting needs.
  • Perform a count of the inventory for Front Office Supplies and inform Management on what needs to be ordered. 
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance as outlined by the Blue Harbor Resort & Conference Center standards, including wearing the proper uniform attire at all times while on the job site.
  • Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • At all times be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and fellow employees.
  • Serve as a team player by performing other duties as requested by management.
  • Investigates and reports inappropriate behavior by staff, guests or suspicious persons.  
  • Promotes excellence by providing superior service to each customer.
 Qualifications
  • 1 year of Front Desk or Reservations Supervisor experience required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Full Time availability including weekends and Holidays.
  • Able to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Able to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
  • Effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
  • Effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the issues raised by co-workers and guests.
  • Must be able to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
 Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Sit and/or stand long periods.
