We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative who provides entry level customer service for customers that need assistance for any reason after installation. As this CSR, you are the person speaking to the homeowner to assist in making sure we handle the "service" needs as necessary by troubleshooting and getting the correct people in place to assist along with communicating to the homeowner how we will handle their "service" needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Create new work orders, schedule work orders to ensure service requests are processed in accordance with KPI's. Verifying service requests are closed and submitting work orders for warranty. Provide Signature Service for homeowners and peers. Performs data entry level clerical work related to RbA CORO service, of limited complexity and variety. Answers telephone and emails; determines nature of service concern and directs individuals to appropriate staff or supplies information Maintains stock levels of supplies & brochures in the warehouse. Post and update customer management system with current service notes and status.

QUALIFICATIONS 

High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 1 year customer service experience. Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships. Demonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environment Excellent phone etiquette and verbal/writing skills in a high-volume setting.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
