The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
The Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in the textile or design industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and win new business.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable.
