Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for a .NET Lead / Architect in Albany, NY.

Description:
Develop, implement, manage and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET technology. Analyze, design and configure changes within the system to incorporate portal functionality. Work with architects and developers to configure and support various back offices. Provide Solution design, create functional and technical documents.

Detail daily tasks will include but not limited to the following:
• Analyze and interpret business rules and workflows for application design
• Performance Metrics/Data Analysis
• Interface Design and coding of application
• Good communications skills that enable team members to fulfill tasks in a timely fashion.
• Aid other developers, pair programming where needed
• Prepare reports based on Business specifications
• Manage code Merge and code version control
• Design, develop and test web applications in an agile project management process using modern technology solutions
• Design libraries to support reusable components using SOLID principle
• Build responsive web applications using JavaScript, Type Script, Bootstrap 4, CSS3, HTML5, JSON
• Generate REST microservices designed with scalability and portability in mind
• Create SQL statement with performance in mind for database initializations designed for seeding data intended for automated testing
• HTML extensions helpers and or web components to create standard look and feel for different UI widgets.

Additional responsibilities may include from time to time:
• Investigate new tools, new technology

Mandatory Qualification:
• Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
• Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education.

• 84 months of experience in IT in the areas of Application Design and Implementation, with Lead Software Engineer/Architect role.
• 84 months of experience in analysis, Application solution designing, requirement gathering, development, requirements planning, quality assurance of enterprise grade applications and successfully let multiple
• 84 months of experience in designing and developing enterprise applications in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, JMS, MQ Service, MDB, JCA).
• 84 months experience working on XSLT transformations of transaction management that utilizing EJB, JPA, Hibernate techniques to interface with Edge applications using SOAP / RESTfull Web Services.
• 84 months experience within building Web Applications using Vue JS, Angular, Microsoft .Net Core, .Net Core MVC, C#, Entity Framework.
• 72 months experience in Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) writing rules, designing interviews and Interface Java with OPA using OPA Asses Service, OPA 12.2.2 Interview Service and Web Connector.
• 72 months experience in designing and implementing web applications in responsive web design using Bootstrap, HTML 5, CSS 3, AngularJS, Less framework, memory management and CPU profiling using JProfiler.
