The Senior Vice President will play a crucial role in assessing tax environments through a proprietary analysis and visualization approach, aimed at uncovering potential tax efficiencies and financial planning avenues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive tax landscape assessments and develop strategic tax plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Family Office clients and their tax professionals to oversee federal and state income and gift tax filings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and external service providers.
  • Engage in tax projections and various tax planning activities.
  • Perform detailed tax research, document findings, and communicate results effectively.
  • Calculate and prepare quarterly estimated tax payments for clients.
  • Review payroll tax documentation for household staff.
  • Respond to inquiries from federal and state tax authorities.
  • Stay informed on legislative and tax policy developments at both federal and state levels.
Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in high-net-worth personal income tax preparation. Experience with ultra-high-net-worth clients and family office services is advantageous.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, and familiarity with Tableau and CCH Prosystems fx Axcess or similar tax management software is preferred.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change, demonstrating strong analytical skills and the ability to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
