My team consists of 6 very dedicated people; the extended Commercial Team has 13 people spread globally. The entire legal team has 30+ employees. What does your team like most: The team likes working in a collegial environment on deals and projects that have a significant impact on the company. Your Role - Analyze, draft, redline, and negotiate contracts with revenue impact to Nutanix, including licensing and services agreements with customers on the Fortune 500.-Proactively resolve unique business and contractual issues and create recommendations using analysis, creativity, and the development of new approaches to enable sales to close deal.- Provide support to maintain processes between legal department and other business units and collaborate to continuously improve the contracts review and administration process.- Collaborate with internal business stakeholders and cross-functional teams during contract review and negotiation process acting as the main point of contact.-Provide constant and clear communication to internal and external customers. What You Will Bring - 10 years of experience negotiating and managing software licenses , support, professional services, and channel agreements in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment required. - Experience negotiating with Fortune 500 customers. - Experience negotiating with customers in the financial services and healthcare sectors.- Experience working for a public technology company.- Bachelor’s Degree or above - JD Degree.- Strong understanding of the laws of the United States .- Strong understanding of global privacy laws.- Experience negotiating security terms and conditions.- Strategic problem-solving skills with excellent legal and business judgment and the flexibility to take on a variety of tasks and challenges.- Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work and to drive projects to completion autonomously and as part of a team.- Excellent communication skills. The ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders, as well as with vendors.- Experience with contracts life cycle management tools.- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
