Responsibilities

Policies & Coverage: Educate clients on insurance policies, coverage options, and personalized solutions.
Claims Assistance: Assist clients with filing claims, facilitating solutions, and ensuring timely resolutions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, policy details, and communication logs.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns effectively, striving for optimal satisfaction.
Requirement
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay close attention to details and ensure accuracy in tasks.
Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively with a team to achieve common goals.
