Customer Service Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Circle K Stores, Inc. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience
* Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
* Restock shelves and merchandise as needed
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time
