Job Description

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. This role requires a 4-40 Insurance license and experience with State Farm systems is preferred.

As a successful State Farm Agent team member, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate customer service, and using a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing customer relationships and following up with customers as needed.
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Schedule: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Evenings and Saturdays by appointment only.

Requirements:

  • 4-40 Insurance license required.
  • State Farm systems experience is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
