Schedule: Monday – Friday (Onsite)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18-19.25/HR

Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service Abilities: Your ability to empathize, communicate effectively, and provide compassionate support to patients and their families is crucial.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using basic computer software such as Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Healthcare Environment Experience: Ideally, you’ll have 1-2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting. Understanding medical terminology and insurance procedures is advantageous.
- Communication with Commercial Insurance Companies: Handling insurance claims and communicating with commercial insurance providers will be part of your role. If you’ve dealt with insurance companies before, you’ll thrive in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities and available payment options.
- Collaborate with billing and administrative staff to resolve financial inquiries.
- Educate patients on insurance coverage and assist with claims processing.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
