While you may be working behind the scenes of therapeutic practices, the work you do will provide the stability for our organization to remain fiscally healthy. Under the direction of the CFO, you will be responsible for the day to day accounting and internal controls for Weber Human Services. You will work closely with the CFO on preparing budges, financial reports work closely with our independent auditors as well as State and Federal auditors. You will also supervise some very talented people, so interpersonal and professional communication skills are a must. As the Controller, you get to be part of an energetic, intentional culture that highlights our values of people, place and purpose.

Graduation from an accredited college with a bachelor degree in finance, accounting, business management, public administration or related field and 10 years of progressively responsible experience in financial management or accounting, substantial experience in mental health or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree and CPA preferred.
