Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including engineering, testing, and project-specific documents.
  • Coordinate with project engineers to track and monitor revision cycle times, ensuring timely completion of documentation.
  • Ensure that all documentation is circulated according to established deadlines, facilitating effective collaboration with customers and suppliers.
  • Perform quality assurance audits to review and assess incoming and outgoing documentation, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Customize documentation to meet project requirements, preparing customer submittals and analyzing technical documentation from customers and suppliers.
  • Generate presentations, tables, and graphs as needed, and edit equipment manuals for review by Design Engineering and Project Managers.
  • Prepare and submit Project Databook according to project requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and revise documents to prevent errors and rework, upholding Chromalox' Code of Conduct.
Requirements:
  • At least 2+ years of experience with a technical degree, diploma, or global equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in a Document Control role preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with database management, Microsoft office software, including MS Projects & SharePoint document origination.
