As a Sales Specialist (Community Relations) , you will be responsible for building business success and driving customers to our Kingston communities. Your role will involve managing relationships with high-profile community partners, creating new accounts, identifying business opportunities, and analyzing market trends. You’ll play a pivotal role in fostering relationships and promoting Kingston Healthcare .

Key Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with community partners and high-profile stakeholders. Identify and foster new business leads and develop creative solutions to attract clients. Analyze market trends and assess business opportunities in the healthcare space. Maintain and grow client relationships , ensuring continued collaboration and trust. Plan and execute events and promotions to strengthen community ties. Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

2 years of sales and marketing experience in a healthcare environment is preferred. Existing relationships with healthcare organizations in Ashland, OH and surrounding markets, with an emphasis on senior care. Applicants with a professional healthcare or clinical background are preferred. Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining a professional network. Event coordination experience is a plus. The position requires daily local travel and occasional overnight travel (a few times per year). Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends .
