Cash Management Senior Financial Analyst at M3 Placement:
Job Overview

M3 Placement is seeking a highly skilled Cash Management Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role involves managing financial transactions and services, acting as a liaison to banking institutions, and compiling cash inflows/outflows on a daily and monthly basis.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial transactions and services in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for banking institutions, executing and recording all financial transactions.
  • Compile and analyze cash inflows/outflows on a daily and monthly basis, forecasting future cash needs.
  • Verify all deposits and revenue postings, analyzing disbursement requirements.
  • Audit distribution from accounts payable, payroll, risk management, and refund cash accounts.
  • Oversee tasks related to Cashiers and patient accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and maximum patient satisfaction.
  • Compile, analyze, and distribute reports detailing cash activity, alerting department leadership of unusual results.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years professional experience with cash management and healthcare billing/accounting.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel.
