About Us:
Client work is primarily remote/virtual and includes: Financial Planning, Analysis, and Modeling, Valuations & Capital Raising, Financial, Commercial & Operational Due Diligence, Competitive Strategy, Buy-Side & Sell-Side Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions, Fractional CFO & Executive (or Interim) Leadership, Operations Performance Improvement, Turnaround & Restructuring, Growth Strategy, Post-Merger Integration.
Role Overview:
Our growing boutique consulting firm, Synergy Management Group, is seeking a highly experienced recruiter to rapidly source candidates for the Managing Director position.
- $2,500 per successful placement.
- The project fee is earned and payable upon your sourced candidate's successful completion of the 1 Month Evaluation.
- If multiple sourced candidates successfully complete the 1 Month Evaluation, your Project Fee will be multiplied accordingly (e.g., sourcing 4 successful candidates would earn $10,000).
- The Managing Director will be expected to successfully close a $50K+ consulting engagement with a new client within the first 30 days of joining Synergy Management Group.
- This must be executed as a short-term, accelerated sprint, leveraging the candidate's existing network and relationships within the institutional investor (private equity & venture capital) industry.
- Include your execution strategy, timeline, and proposed Project Fee (if different from above) in your proposal/cover letter.
- This is a remote independent contractor recruiting engagement.
