If we treat each other with respect, our customers will feel it, and the essentials of trust and relationship will be evident. We are currently in search of an Experienced Sales Manager at our Nissan Madison location located right off the Beltway near Hwys 12/18.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND BENEFITS

We don't hire backgrounds, we hire top producers.
Prior Sales Management a PLUS, but willing to train to right person.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • GREAT Working Environment

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • New and Used Car Inventory Management
  • Management of CRM (customer relations management) software

Skills

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Qualifications

  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit preferred
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins and outs
  • Fantastic communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • References required
