Working closely with supervisors and fellow leaders, you will be responsible for efficiently processing inbound customer shipments, ensuring accurate inventory management, and coaching lower-level associates to success. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word, is essential for effective communication and data management. Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to follow instructions accurately in English, are crucial in ensuring smooth operations.

Additionally, the role demands adaptability to working in varying temperature conditions and the physical capability to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
