Job Description:

Express is seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the warehousing industry , with a proven track record in managing warehouse operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be responsible daily order picking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient and effective management of lubricracants.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Handle any issues or discrepancies that arise in the warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the warehouse industry.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of warehouse software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
