OBJECTIVE
To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. The role of the Hospitality Lead is to ensure all who step into CBL hospitality environments have the best possible experience from arrival to departure. Primary responsibility of maintaining and continually improving all processes including creativity and vision. Providing supportive spaces within the context of hospitality, establishing new and developing existing relationships with catering chefs and vendors, recruiting, training, and maintaining a stellar Door Holder team, leading implementation of all facets of each Sunday and weekly hospitality environments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee and coordinate ordering and arranging of all catering needs for all Sunday and eSPACE events scheduled through the week, including individual team events, rehearsals, Door Holder team meetings, and any additional event at Cumberland while working alongside CBL staff to ensure congruency as we serve the people of our House.
• Oversee office hospitality environments including management of contract support
• Coordinate logistics including run sheet and Door Holder schedule for Sunday and Weekday hospitality experience
• Support hospitality team as needed in weekday House events
• Lead, recruit, train, and invest in Door Holder team
• Lead and provide oversight to direct report, Hospitality Coordinator:
- Oversee meeting/exceeding of events, duties, and goals
- Develop and establish ongoing support systems
- Approve work schedule and time off
• Manage budget
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, caterers, and chefs
• Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work. Proactively look ahead and anticipate needs with autonomy.

Monday – Thursday, 9am – 5pm; all day Sundays
Occasional weeknight events

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL
2+ years of experience in Hospitality operations. Exceptional attention to detail, logistics, creative and environmental vision, and experience. Ability to establish strong professional relationships with peers, employees, and vendors.
