Restaurant Operations Lead

K5 Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Operations Lead to join our award-winning restaurant group.
As a Restaurant Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our popular dining destinations in Atlanta, GA. You will lead and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and hostesses to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service, delicious food, and an inviting atmosphere.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily Front of House restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Deliver superior customer service and strive for maximum guest satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Regularly review product quality and explore new vendors to enhance our offerings.
- Organize and supervise shifts, delegating tasks and ensuring team productivity.
- Appraise staff performance, providing constructive feedback to improve individual and team effectiveness.
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations to create a safe and hygienic environment.
- Manage the restaurant's image and reputation by implementing strategies to enhance its appeal.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses to track financial performance.
- Promote the brand within the local community through word-of-mouth marketing and restaurant events.
- Recommend innovative ways to reach a broader audience, such as discounts and social media campaigns.
- Train new and existing employees on proper customer service practices and operational procedures.
- Implement policies and protocols that will ensure the continued success of future restaurant operations.
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management or related leadership role.
- Current food handler's card and other certifications required by federal/state/local law.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) computers and software systems.
- Proficiency in using a computer, navigating Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook Email.
